Tekken 5 (鉄拳5) is the sixth main installment in the popular Tekken series. It also marks the tenth anniversary of the series. The next day, Heihachi's death is declared all over the world and everyone foresees the end of the Mishima Zaibatsu. However, someone else has already taken over the company and business continues as usual. Two months later, the King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 is announced.

Jin is plagued by nightmares triggering the Devil gene and he decides to end it by entering the tournament. Meanwhile, Kazuya, who deduces the Jack-4s were sent by G Corporation and wishes to know, as he believes, why they also targeted him, also enters to find out who in G Corporation sent them and who is in control of the Mishima Zaibatsu.

The secret sponsor of the tournament and owner of the Mishima Zaibatsu is finally revealed to be Jinpachi Mishima, the father of Heihachi, and who was missing for the past fifty years. Jinpachi is the founder of the Mishima Zaibatsu and was a respected martial artist, until Heihachi stole the company from him. Heihachi later imprisoned him underneath the Hon-Maru after Jinpachi attempted a coup d'état. Jinpachi survived due to a Devil entity taking over his mind and granting him immortality, and was finally freed from his prison in the destruction of the Hon-Maru. Jinpachi, consumed by the Devil and in a desperate act of morality, announced the tournament in hopes that someone will kill him and put an end to his potential reign of terror.

Virtua Fighter 2 (Japanese: バーチャファイター2 Hepburn: Bācha Faitā Tsū^?) is a fighting game developed by Sega. It is the sequel to Virtua Fighter and the second game in the Virtua Fighter series. It was created by the Sega's Yu Suzuki-headed AM2 and was released in the arcade in 1994. It was subsequently ported to the Sega Saturn in 1995 and Microsoft Windows in 1997. In 1996, a super deformed version of the game, Virtua Fighter Kids, arrived in arcades, ported to the Sega Saturn in the same year. It was also ported to the Mega Drive/Genesis in 1996, but because the hardware couldn't handle the complex visuals of the arcade version, it was re-made as a 2D fighter. In addition, Virtua Fighter 2 was converted for the PlayStation 2 in 2004 as part of Sega's Ages 2500 series in Japan. The Mega Drive/Genesis port was re-released on the PS2 and PSP in 2006 as part of Sega Genesis Collection, on the Virtual Console for the Wii on March 20, 2007 (Japan) and April 16, 2007 (North America), and for iOS on January 20, 2011.

VF2 was known for breakthrough graphics at the time. It used Sega's Model 2 arcade hardware to run the game at 60 frames per second at a high resolution with no slowdown. The Saturn version was also extremely impressive for its time, especially given the system's 3D programming difficulties. It became a huge hit in Japan and sold relatively well in other markets, notably the UK, where The Prince (Hatim Habashi) was crowned by Sega Europe as the Official UK Virtua Fighter 2 Champion.

Vanguard Princess (ヴァンガードプリンセス Vangaado Purinsesu), also known as Vanguard Princess: Senjin no Himegimi (ヴァンガードプリンセス 先陣の姫君) is a Japanese freeware dōjin 2D fighting game for Windows, developed by a single programmer and illustrator called Tomoaki Sugeno, nicknamed Suge9. The game was released on June 26, 2009 and was created using Fighter Maker 2nd. The latest version of the game is 1.08, released on January 14, 2011.

Vanguard Princess was fully developed by Tomoaki Sugeno (or Suge9), an ex-Capcom sprite designer who worked in games like Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and made character sprites for The King of Fighters EX: Neo Blood. Sugeno uses Fighter Maker 2nd for his work, a popular graphic engine for Windows by ASCII. Sugeno designed and illustrated the game by himself, but the music was taken from "nash music library", a GNU library of songs. Sugeno also resorted to voice actors for recording the voices for all the characters.

Battle Arena Toshinden (バトルアリーナ闘神伝 Batoru Arīna Tōshinden) is a weapons-based fighting game for the PlayStation, Sega Saturn and PC in 1994. It was one of the first fighting games to boast polygonal characters in a 3D environment, and it is credited for taking the genre into "true 3-D" due to its introduction of the sidestep maneuver.

It was an early killer app for the PlayStation, and Sony promoted it eagerly. However, they soon left the series, which was published by Playmates Interactive. By that time, fighting games like Tekken started emerging and Battle Arena Toshinden quickly declined in popularity. However it did spawn Battle Arena Toshinden 2 with many spin-offs and ports. Battle Arena Toshinden was the first 3D weapons fighter, and was succeeded in spirit by Soul Edge and other games of the genre.

Each character has his or her own unique set of basic moves, special attacks, and a desperation attack that can only be used when the player has low energy (around 10% or less). The player is able to move in 3D around the 3D arenas using the L/R shoulder buttons, which can be used to dodge projectile attacks, or get away from a dangerous spot.

Street Fighter X Tekken (ストリートファイター Ｘ 鉄拳 Sutorīto Faitā Kurosu Tekken) is a crossover fighting game developed by Capcom and released in March 2012 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, in May for the PC and in October for the PlayStation Vita. The game features characters from both the Street Fighter franchise and Namco's Tekken series. In the game, players select two characters and face other duos in tag team fighting matches, in which the objective is to knock out one of the members from the opposing team. In addition to the game's multiplayer modes, the game also features a single-player Story mode with a plot revolving around a mysterious object called the "Pandora."

The game is the product of a partnership between the Namco and Capcom that previously produced the role-playing game Namco × Capcom. As Street Fighter X Tekken was made by Capcom, with Namco being involved more in the licensing of the Tekken cast, the gameplay is based on the 2D gameplay of Street Fighter, with projectile moves such as the Hadouken, as opposed to the Tekken series. Namco is currently producing their own take on the crossover, Tekken X Street Fighter, which will follow their 3D style of gameplay. Unique features in Street Fighter X Tekken include the Gem System, which allows players to equip special gems to power-up various character attributes and Pandora Mode, in which a character's strength and abilities are temporarily augmented.

The game begins with a cut-scene showing a wounded Agent 47 wandering through a dark hotel corridor and entering his room. He collapses and begins to have flashbacks regarding previous assassinations he committed, beginning with the aftermath of killing Dr. Ort-Meyer at the end of the first Hitman game. The missions are primarily focused on replays of previous missions in the original game, except played in reverse. The graphics, maps and artificial intelligence have been customized and improved. In the game, 47 visits several locations, including Romania, Kamchatka, the United Kingdom, Rotterdam, Budapest, Hong Kong, and finally Paris.

An Agency doctor visits unexpectedly and treats 47. GIGN officers surround the hotel but the doctor escapes. 47 continues his memories. At the end of the game, 47 regains consciousness in the hotel room with an expired mission briefing. It is revealed that 47 was hired to kill a US ambassador, Richard Delahunt, and a famous tenor at an opera house in Paris (an event later seen in Hitman: Blood Money). Both men were involved in a child slavery ring. 47 was also tasked to kill their mutual friend, Inspector Albert Fournier. That police officer has sent a team of police to capture 47 after discovering his hideout.

47 manages to kill the inspector and escape the area. He then makes his way to the airport, where he boards a plane and escapes the country. His contact, Diana, previously a presence on the other side of a communications system, is actually sitting behind him. The player does not see her face. She suggests to 47 that his target may have been tipped off, and that a unknown group is targeting him.

The most difficult music replacement project yet. For those who don't know, this game splits the stage music in three pieces each, one for each round of your typical "first to get two wins, wins" setup. Most individual tracks were 45-90 seconds long. This meant that I could either edit one long song into multiple chunks, or use multiple short songs. It took a lot of effort to find good loop points in these songs. Loop points were as important as ever with this game, do to the short lengths of the tracks. I'm very happy with the way they've turned out. I think the loop points are indistinguishable in most of these songs, just the way they should be.

Like before, I've done my best to select new music that matches the stages, while still having enough energy to fuel a fighting game. This is not meant to replace your original copy. It's meant to simply revive your interest in the game. If this enrages you, take it up with your therapist.

Battle Raper II, players are able to knock female opponents' clothing off. In combat every character has unlimited guard, a move that can not be blocked, and a super move. As opposed to the first Battle Raper, the sequel actually does not feature rape. Once a fight against a female character is won, the game enters a special mode where the unconscious woman lies on the ground in front of the player who now has to heal her wounds. The Replay mode allows the player to have (consensual) sex with any female characters that finished the storyline with.
