Semester 19 - February to April 2011


Semester 19 was a very successful and lively three months. We had 21 volunteers with the average age of 23 which may have had some influence on the very active social activities.

We visited the temple to offer fun and food to the monks on the 10 years anniversary of the temple.

Start of our adventure in the jungle to go to the top of Bokor Mountain in Kampot Province.

Group trip to visit Wat Angkor Wat temple in Seam Reap province.

Brought around 50 orphanage kids for a swim at the Water Park in Phnom Penh.

We had the yoga class last semester. This semester no yoga teacher, but we do have the aerobic exercises with the music at the top of the house instead.

Karaoke at Rock. Every one didn't want to leave. We stayed up late till 2:30am.

Sopheap and Soriya ( the Volunteer Coordinator Assistant) were named by the volunteers as the house Nana and house MaMa.
